I have a lot of catching up to do for the month of June, but I thought I should start with the most recent events first. For the long 4th of July weekend, we headed up North to Show Low with Adam's parents to escape the heat and watch fireworks without twelve pounds of sweat rolling down my back. The weather could not have been more perfect, a breezy 80 degrees during the day and 65 degrees at night...... PERFECT. Here's the 4th of July crew complete with holiday attire. We stayed at a community called Torreon and they had various activities throughout the weekend and lots of activities for the kids. Fishing was first on the agenda..... or playing with the bait for Alex.
Next was decorating bikes... well for one of our boys. The other one decided chasing the dog was more exciting. And then the parade. Little Man wanted to catch candy instead of participating in the parade, but soon after he saw all the ATV's, he changed his mind. He said he wanted to be in the parade next year and decorate his ATV like this.....Here's our family picture and for some reason I forgot to bring all my 4th of July Flair!!!!
Good thing Adam was along, he made up for my Pink Shirt....

Love your family! Super sweet closeup shot of Alex. Sorry about your flair--pink is in the family of red, right??? Glad you guys got away to cooler weather :)
Hot pink should totally count :) But if not, the double flag hat definitely makes up for it!
We need to visit Old Navy next year.
